Liability

Unless otherwise agreed with us, in accordance with the following provisions, we shall only be liable for damage which – regardless of the legal grounds – was caused intentionally or as a result of the gross negligence of our legal representatives or managers, or arose as a result of a possible serious fault on the part of the organisation; in addition, we are liable for damage resulting from a culpable infringement of essential contractual obligations. In the event of the infringement of essential contractual obligations, the liability is limited to the standard damage that occurs.
In the event of minor negligence, if it is permitted by the law, any liability on our part is completely excluded. This exception shall apply to consequential damages in any case.
We shall not be responsible for accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the information and data provided on our GEZE website. Our customers or the user shall bear sole responsibility for their use of this information and data.
We do not accept any liability for damages incurred by our customer or user as a result of the use of this information or data. This exclusion of liability shall not apply in the case of intentional acts or in the event that the liability is prescribed by the law.

Other guidelines

GEZE is a legally protected trademark, the modification or deletion of which is prohibited. Modification of the design and content of uploaded files is prohibited.

Further use of the photos requires GEZE to be specified as the source.
The GEZE logo should only be displayed in accordance with the directives on the corporate style – in blue 280 and yellow 136 according to the Pantone colour system.
